 Moong Dal Dal - 1/2 Cup (100g)



 Mawa - 1/2 cup (125 grams)



 Sugar - 3/4 cups (150 grams)



 Ghee - 1/2 cup (100 gms)



 Cardamom - 4 (Peel and peel)



 Raisins - 1 tablespoon



 Cashews - 20 to 25



 Almond - 7 to 8



 Pistol-10 to 12

 Soak Moong Dal and soak it in water for 2 to 3 hours.  Wash the dal after 3 hours and take it out of the water.  Pour this lentil in a mixer and grind it without adding water.

 Roasted lentils


 After grinding the pulse, heat the pan and leave it in a bowl of 2 to 3 teaspoons of ghee and put the remaining ghee in the pan.  Put greased lentils in the pan after melting ghee.  Run the lentils continuously and lightly brown on medium flame and fry until good smell.

 Lentils are ready after the light brown color of pulses and ghee separates from the pulse, stop the gas.  It is 15 minutes to roast this lentil.  Due to the heat of the pan, do not get burnt in the lentils pan and keep running dal for a while.

 Forget mawa


 To roast mawa, heat the pan over the gas and melt it by adding ghee.  Pour Mawa with a handful of grated ghee by hand with a fine hand.  Fry mawa to change the light color on a slow and medium flame and smell it.  After roasting mawa, shut the gas.  Mix Mawa with roasted pulses and mix them.

 Make syrup


 Put the pan back on the gas and put sugar in it.  Add 1.5 cups of water and simmer the gas and let the syrup be cooked until sugar dissolves.  During this time, cut the nuts.  Make 6 to 7 pieces of cashews and cut almonds and pistols long and thin.  Make cardamom powder even by cracking cardamom.

 When the sugar dissolves, stir it with a spoon, the syrup is ready.  Put the syrup into roasted lentils and mix them.  Cook it on a medium flame till continuous stirring of halva.  Also add chopped almonds, cashews and raisins in halwa, mix them.

 Add Halaha's thick consonance and add cardamom powder to it.  Pudding is ready, turn off the gas and take the halva in a bowl.  Put 1 teaspoon ghee on the halwa  This will make the halwa look good, it will increase taste also.

 Garnish halva with chopped pistols and almonds.  Moong dal is made as a light pudding.  Moong dal pudding can be eaten in the fridge for a whole week.

 Add the ghee equal to moong dal and fry the dal, it does not stick on the bottom of the vessel.

 Use a non stick pan to roast the lentils, then in a little less ghee, the lentils are stuck without sticking.

 In the halva sugar you can do more or less as you like.

 You can put the fruits in the halwa which you would like to pour.  In it, you can add chironji, coconut or whatever you like.
