  2. Do not skip breakfast.  Studies show that proper breakfast cereals are one of the most positive things you can do if you are trying to lose weight.  Snack slippers do to increase weight.  A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fiber breakfast cereal, low fat milk or curd, whole toast and a boiled egg.

  3. Brush on cleanliness.  Many people do not know the way to brush their teeth.  Improper brushing can do the same tooth and gums as much as brushing.  Many people do not brush, sleep for long and do not see a dentist regularly.  Hold your toothbrush in the same way that it holds a pencil, and brush for at least two minutes.

  5. Get what you give!  Always giving and never taking?  This compassion is the small road for fatigue.  Give yourself and get from others, otherwise you will reach that point where there is nothing left for you to give.  And hey, if you can not get it from others, how can you expect them to receive them?

  6. Get Spiritual.  A formal study conducted by the University of Harvard, quietly and calm, has been found in patients who were prayed for early recovery to pray, even if they were not aware of prayer.

  7. Get Smelly  Garlic, onions, spring onions and leeks all have things that are good for you.  A study of the Children's Health Institute in Cape Town found that eating raw garlic helped fight serious childhood infections.  Heat destroys these properties, so eat your raw, wash it with fruit juices or, if you are a sissy, then take it as a tablet.

  8. A knock back.  A glass red wine is good for you in the day.  It has been found in many studies, but recently one found that polypranols (one type of antioxidant) in green tea, red wine and olive oil can help prevent you from breast cancer.  It is believed that antioxidants help protect you from environmental cancer such as passive tobacco smoke.

  9. Bone Immersion Daily  By popping a tab, chewing milk or taking yogurt, get your daily calcium.  It will keep your bones strong.  Remember that after the age of 30 your density of bones is reduced.  You need at least 200 mg daily, which you should combine with magnesium, or it should not be absorbed only.
